1. Order Processing Timeline
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment and final design proof approval.
- Custom Products: Production time for custom packaging typically ranges from 8–10 business days, beginning after design approval. This timeline may vary based on the complexity and quantity of the order.
- Rush Orders: Expedited production is available upon request for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
2. Shipping Methods
- We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for domestic and international shipments.
- Delivery timelines vary based on the selected shipping method (standard, expedited, or overnight) and the destination.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
4. International Shipping

- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photos of the damage, including the packaging, for assessment.
6. Unclaimed Packages
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to claim will be held for 30 days. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
- Unclaimed packages after 30 days may be donated or discarded without refund.
